The S.E.L.F Fitness HIIT Classes combine intervals of strength and cardio into a one-hour full body class. We always make sure to give you a good stretch afterwards to really lengthen and tone your muscles. We constantly change up the classes so you won't ever feel bored while always working different parts of the body. The difference with HIIT compared to steady state training is in the post workout recovery, the body's metabolism remains elevated for hours, burning additional calories, most of which are fat calories. In the end HIIT burns fat quicker, retains muscle mass, and burns calories for hours after the workout!

The S.E.L.F. Fitness Barre class is a ballet and pilates inspired workout. It is the perfect compliment to our HIIT workouts and really targets and tones up areas of your body other workouts don't get to. We combine light weights, small isometric movements, core work, and stretches to lengthen, tone, lift your booty, and give you a tight core all while burning fat.

Amazing Total Body Hotel Workout

This is your perfect travel companion workout! Get an amazing total body workout while your traveling and stay fit while your away from home with this 1 hour Interval workout that combines intervals of cardio and strength training in one workout Make sure to do my stretch workout after to really lengthen and lean out! This video is only 15 minutes long because I had to condense it for YouTube but this workout equals 1 hour when combined with another 30 minutes of cardio. You can run or go on a bike ride or use cardio equipment at a hotel gym.

We incorporate Plyometrics, High Intensity Interval Training, TRX, Bosu Balls, Barre, Resistance training, Free Weights, Indoor Cycyling, and Stretching to really lengthen, tone, burn fat, and get you into the best shape of your life. Each class is different and by constantly mixing it up you will get better results and never get bored!
